Tata Sky — wrong billing | |||
Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of tata sky having two connection one in my office and one at home but i am very sorry to say the services are not good although you are charging heavy charges for that Rs.170 for one visit.Your HD set top box is not up to the mark poor quality I have shifted from normal to HD and after that i am facing problem.Tata Sky have changed the set top box because of some techincal problem in box of April 15 now again the same problem in new box occur but Tata Sky charged Rs 350 + Rs.170 as service charge which is very unfair.Being a big group i never expect the poor quality product by tata group and unfair charges to the customer. Please reverse the charges as soon as possible i am unable to watch the connection. If again you this new set top box shows the same problem i will not pay any money and will file a case in consume court.It is really harassment of the customer. tata sky cutomer id [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
