Tata Sky — Wrong ID displayed and i have recharged on that ID | |||
Wrong ID was displayed on my TV screen and i have recharged the ID with the amount of 1420 on 14th nov 2015.. Again i got a call from TATASKY for original ID recharge. From 10 days, i am following up with TATAsky and there is no resolution from their end. thay have closed my complaints 2 times without any notification. While this issue is going on, today another ID is showing on my TV screen. I am suffering from the worst services of TATAsky. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

Correct ID is [protected] and complaint has been raised against this ID.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
