Tata Sky — Wrong installation need corrective action in waiver of charges | |||
This is regarding my TATA SKY connection which i subscribed on 2nd of Sept.We are not able to view HD channels. For the same i registered a complaint and engineer visited my premises and confirmed that the installation is not done on right location so signals are not proper. And he advised for the shifting of the device. For which he asked us money for wire and connector. Now my point is if the location was not proper why at all your engineer on first occasion installed the device there.rather he should have told us an appropriate place for the same. In this case i would have paid him only extra wire cost and would have enjoyed the HD channels hassle free without taking pain of calling customer care and writing this long email. But since this has not happened kindly look into the matter and provide me whatever waiver is possible from your end in this regard. I hope to hear from you soon.
