Tata Sky — wrong recharge | |||
dear sir, on our tata sky connection [protected] this subscriber id was getting displayed from last few days and also we were getting message to recharge urgently, thinking that tata sky might have changed subscriber id i did recharge of INR 351 on the same id on[protected] from VIJAY ELECTRICALS Bibavewadi. But our actual subscriber id is [protected]. I have registered complaint about the same on your given customer care number thrice they said the amount will be transferred to our account n wrong subscriber id will also be changed from our tv. They have changed subscriber id but the recharge amount is not yet transferred to our account. Please have a look at my complaint and refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
