Tata Sky — Wrong subscriber id dth connection | |||||
I purchased a DTH connection of Tata Sky on 24 August 2015 from a dealer named Manoj ( Mob No.[protected]). My subscriber ID is [protected].After installation when I first recharged my Tata Sky id, I came to know that the connection was in someone else's name and in Tata Sky's record it has been purchased in 2008. I tried explaining my problem to Tata Sky's representatives but they did nothing to solve my problem. I contacted that dealer for the same, he said that he will take up the matter with Tata Sky. When I called him agains, he stopped answering my calls. Its been 3 months and I have written several mails to Tata Sky, but they have not been able to resolve my problem till date. I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and rectify the issue asap.
