Tata Sky — Wrongful billing practice | |
We have a subscription for base pack that should cost us just 230 rupees per month. But tata sky added dance studio and music studio and jacked up our bill to 500 rupees a month. Tried calling tata sky customer service. After 5 calls that are disconnected during the conversation i was able to get those addons removed. Iam amazed on how bad the customer service is and customer service agents are clueless on understanding the previous bills Was this information helpful? | |
