On 06.09.2016, I had lodged a complaint with Tata Sky helpline to inform that the volume in the TV was too low on the DTH provided by theTatasky. My customer ID with them is [protected]. The complaint was recorded and I was given a complaint No. as RDN2C51. I was informed that some one from their service department would get in touch with me and set right the problem, But later when we checked the cables, one of the cables had come out slightly out of the socket and upon fixing the cable properly in its place the problem got sorted out without the intervention of the company's technicians.
When the company called me to confirm my address, I informed them that the problem is sorted out by us and there was ho need for the their visit, The person at the other end confirmed that he will be recording my withdrawal of complaint. But for the last two days, TATA SKY has been demanding service charges of Rs. 200/-. I had called Tatasky help line and lodged my protest for having charged me for the service they had not provided. I was assured that the grievance would be sorted out by 10th Sept 2016. In the meantime Tatasky has debited my account with them by Rs. 115/- illegally, and have been demanding further Rs. 85/- to be paid to them.
I lodge a strong protest against the arbitrary and illegal action of Tatasky for charging me for the service they have not provided to me. Therefore, I request you to take up the matter and cancel the service charge demand and re-credit the amount illegally taken out from my account with you.
