Tata Sky — Wrongly rs.170 deducted from my account. | |||
14/2/2016 [protected] there was some problem in my tata sky so, we complaint to tata sky office they send there 2 service provider they only work in our disk which was dis balanced they only adjust our disk and they also work in our neighbor`s house because they also have tata sky connection and our neighbor pay rs.450 for the work which the tata sky service provider work done. Without informing us they have gone and without take the service charge rs.170.The service provider name is atul singh and his contact no. Is [protected]. Today date-16/2/2016 we have received sms from tata sky that we just have to recharge our tata sky balance rs.263 and account valid till 20 th feb 16. But i am very much surprised because on the latest recharge on date 8/2/2016 rs. 263 and total account balance these day rs.278 and valid upto 10/3/2016 so how it is possible next recharge date 20/2/16 and less rs.170 from our account. I also contact to tata sky customer care and explain our problem about this matter. So please reconcile our complaint as soon as possible. I am waiting for your reply.
