Tata Swach — bulb not working

I purchased tata swach water purifier in 2016. But since my purchase the water is not flowing from the bulb. It is of no use since my purchase. I purchased this water purifier as tata is a good company. But it disappointed me. I tried to contact them many times but no proper response from their side.

Please resolve this asap.
