Tata Swach — cristella plus / crack in base of water purifier

I have purchased my tata swatch water purifier last year on september and october.

There is a broken line in the base of the purifier which is only visible when we watch it carefully.

We are very much shocked that purifier never dropped anywhere and nor handled by us carelessly.

My mother is a housewife and she gave me an excellent example which i thought is genuinely valid that a normal plastic bucket of 200 inr will last for 4-5 years and the purifier that we purchased is of almost 1700 inr which broke in less than one year.

Also want to tell you that my vendor registered my complaint for the issue but nobody visit to my home to resolve the complaint. A person named vicky from tata swach called me for the issue but never visited to check the complaint and from the very next day he is not picking my phone and reply to my messages.

Now, i have registered my complaint on toll free number and my complaint number is crch[protected].

After talking to your representative, i feel cheated as he is saying that warranty of your product is of only one month. Is this joke?? I need my money back. Very poor service.. I only purchase tata swach purifier only because of brand name.
