Tata Swach — installation not done..

I bought Tata Swach (UV+UH), and contacted customer care on Thursday 17th Oct, I got called from technician that he will come on friday 18th Oct, He text me and asked me to call him back, i call him back he said that he will come in the eveninng. But he did not come.

I called on Saturday 19th OCt he (Mob: [protected] ) said he is on leave you can contact my office they will send someone else. I called office in Banguluru Mobile number [protected], They said they will arrange someone else, But no one come, I called again them in evening they said person will come on sunday. I specifically asked Sunday She said yes Saunday he will come. But no one came,

Today on monday i waited for at home 10:30 to 18:00 and also spoke to him in between he said he will come in afternoon later when he did not come i called back He said he will not come it is already 6:00PM.

This is very disappointing. I request you to necessary steps to improve you services else TATA name is getting bad.
