Tata Swach — It's not working.

I ordered new Tata swach cristella advance 18 liter non electronic water purifier. But it's not working. 10 to 12 hours only 1 cup water filtration. I called it's toll free number but my problem is not solve. My mo. No. [protected]. Ranchi Jharkhand.
