Tata Swach — No after sales service. customer care numbers out of service

Hi,
You guys are again demonstrating the pathetic service that i got the last time.

had purchased a Nova Silver RO purifier on 21st august, and have been harassed since then

after repeated follow up for installation which by the way took more than 72 hrs, there is a leakage in the purifier. had raised another request for the same on the 2nd september and after 2-3 escalations nobody has even bothered to call up for service appointment leave alone the resolution.

The 2 customer support numbers provided on the website,[protected] /[protected], are out of service. have emailed to the escalation officer and the email id that was provided on the website yesterday evening, have still not got a acknowledgement/revert.

the call centre people, called them when their lines were working, gave a TAT of 48 hrs but a week has passed and nobody is even bithered to call me up.

Hi,

have been hearing the same thing from the start. i done know where all your escalations go. your customer service centre numbers were non-functional for 2 days. when i finally managed to speak to them, got the same answer "escalated your request".
when i wanted to talk to the supervisor, i got a reply that no supervisor are available on the floor. you guys surly must have the best employees in the world, if they work without any supervisor. or they are the best in the world to tell blatant lies. Any ways i have realised the mistake i have done to buy and trust your product.

P.S. : People reading this STAY AWAY FROM TATA SWACH, they are just scamming everyone to make money
