Tata Swach — no or slow filtering | |||
I have a tata swach smart, the bulb of which was purchased and changed (A new 3k capacity bulb), not even a month ago.. It was working decent for first 15 days but since last 10 days it is not filtering water at a very slow rate around 1-1.5 ltr in 6-8 hours.. Which is not how it should have been.. I bought the Tata swach viva silver water purifier two days ago, till today no one has turned up to install the same despite repeated reminders to the company.
If the company not bothered to install a product despite my efforts, what will happen incase of service or malfunction.
