Tata Swach — Tata Swach 20 Ltr

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have recently purchased Tata Swatch 20 Ltr from retail store. As when I have started to use of Tata Swatch 20 Ltr water filter. after full storage of 20 ltr water water drain our from the joint and whole place getting waited with water. I twise check the fitting and letter come to notice issue in product.

I wrote letter to tata swatch customer care. They promised me too solved the same. But after few week got email clarification that is 10 ltr water capacity. I had question marked why you marketing of 20 Ltr when it is actual hold 10 Ltr. This is false selling and even not mention in Packaging of the Tata 20 Ltr.

Not satisficed with product misleading add and company does not accept mistake
