Tata Swach — tata swach bulb got choked with in one month.

I have purchased tata swach bulb from tata swach website. Initially it was filtering water at a slow rate like 2-3 hours per litre
With in a month bulb suddenly filtering water very slowly 5 - 6 hours per litre.
Now it's almost choked and hardly filter water.
As i have purchased the bulb as a guest on the website i couldn't provide my complaint to them directly.
