Tata Swach — tata swach dispenser - spare unavailable -top mesh

We purchased Tata Mesh 1500 ltr early this year & thanks to the kind of potable water supplied to us, we have to change the top mesh frequently. However, due to unavailability of the mesh, cleaning of the mesh with edible soda/vinegar was done which is no help. Health is affected already with abdominal issues due to the water(boiled cooled) consumed. Urgently need replacement of top mesh, but it's not available in market.

We have purchase online Tata UV+UF on 15th September 2018 and registered request on 15th September 2018 for installation the product at our premises. After repeated calls to customer care help desk t from 15.09.2018 no one is come for installation.
