[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services — Don't stop my services even after so many complaints and sending me false bill.

Hello Team, I am pavitra kumar and the photon ID is - [protected], have been using Tata photon since 2012. but the thing is that from last January 2015 I was getting ever lowest internet data when browsing. When I asked the reason why I am getting this problem, they told me due to huge number of customer in your area, you are getting low connectivity. Despite so many complaints to stop the services they agree to stop my connection. but after some days, they called me and said we are converting it to a prepaid device so that you can use it in future. And your amount 300 will be transferred to your prepaid account. Then I thought that they have disconnected my connection but still now I am getting the false bill and they called me every day to pay two-month bill amount that is rs-788. When I asked to the customer care team why should I pay even I didn't use a single MB data and they told me you have to bound to pay for it. They are mentally harassing me, please assist me. As per the telephonic conversation with you on your alternate number. We would like to inform you that your concern related to network has been crosschecked by our concern department and found that testing was done in your area by our Network team and it was confirmed that your area at present falls under highly utilized category.

Further, after a thorough inspection of the network, our technical team has ascertained that area where you are using the connection is optimized and there is no further network augmentation planning.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that your concern related to billing has been crosschecked by our concern department and as a service gesture an adjustment of amount Rs.788 /- has been posted in your account on date May 20, 2015.

The Current outstanding of your account is Rs. Zero.

Moreover, We would like to inform you that cancellation request of your Photon connection has been registered vide docket number[protected] dated May 21, 2015 and your connection has been disconnected.

Please be informed that you will receive a final bill on prorate basis post disconnection, in case usages are found in it, you will be required to make the payment for the same as per your billing cycle.
