Tata Teleservices — Not providing proper service | |||||
As i had purchased a tata docomo land line with the number [protected] last year, , within six months o[censored]sage the instrument was found defective and internet services also not working. In-spite of repeated visits and calls to tata docomo customer care, the company has neither repaired the instrument nor the internet connection provided. But i am regularly receiving the bills even after six months. I would like to complain on the company regarding this. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
