Tatacliq — Delaying in refund amount | |||||
Hi I have ordered a speaker in tatacliq website. I got a fault piece and i returned that on 4th october. After that i made n number of calls and n number of mails but still no response from them. I have talked to customer care executive but they are also not responding properly. I got mail to give bank details as the order payment was made through cod.i gave details too but still i didnt get my refund amount. Please take some actions. My order id is[protected]. Poorest Service, I have Order Led TV with Order No[protected] on 13 October. But till 26 they not send led Tv, I have Called Many times to Coustmber Care even i talked with Senor level. Many time they Promise for callback but never made So Don't buy Any Products. Biggest Cheater You ever Face.

I have ordered below item on 1st Jan 2017 and i have cancelled order at the same time.They given me information as an email that i will get refund within 5-7 days but i do not get the refund of Rs.69 till now.I have asked them yesterday but they told me that wait for 3-4 days more.
