The payment for Rs. 2484 (Rs. 207 x 12) was made on 12.4.21 for annual recharge for Sub ID [protected]. Accordingly the recharge date should be 11.4.21. But as per the record of tataplay the due date was 10.2.2022.

Infact the Tataplay had the record of my payment till 2020. Tataplay don't
have uptodate record of my payment on Feb. 2022. Hence I provided the invoice of 2021 sent by Tatplay and also the other details for reference. Tataplay has not extended my subscription date from February 2022 to April 2022 evenafter repeated reminders. Now the Nodal officer has stopped replying to may mail.

Updated by Ms Renu I made the payment for Rs. 2484 (Rs. 207 x 12) on 11.4.21 towards annual recharge for Sub ID [protected]. Therefore the recharge date should be 10.4.22. But Tataplay has sent me the reminder on 10.2.2022 for recharge. On 9.2.22, when I raised the question, the Tataplay executive told that they had the record of my payment upto 2020. There was no record of my payment for 2021. Hence I provided the invoice of May 2021 sent by Tataplay and also the other details for reference. But I am sorry to inform you that Tataplay has not extended my subscription date from February 2022 to April 2022 evenafter repeated reminders. Now the Nodal officer has stopped replying to my mail. Please take necessary action to resolve my problem.
