Taxi For Sure — Failure in providing committed service

I had booked a taxi yesterday from my house in Vadodara to go to Vadodara railway station. My request was for taxi to report at 11 pm on 16 November. My request was acknowledged and confirmation was given. Subsequently, I received six sms messages on my mobile number [protected] (one after another) changing details of driver and taxi. When I contacted the driver whose name was received last, he refused to report citing reason that my house was far from his location at that point of time. I had reported the matter to your Vadodara number [protected], the reply received was terrible. Your executive said that he was unable to do anything in the matter. This had caused terrible inconvenience to me. I need explanation from "TAXI FOR SURE". If I am not satisfied with the explanation then I will approach relevant Government authority to file the complaint. From Nitin Desai/ Vadodara
