Taxiforsure — Cancelled ride money deducted from ola money

Ibooked a ride tfs-pp-c53049354 today at 8.38 am driver name eshwar but he said it will take time around 20 min so i cancelled the ride & booked ola mini. But after few min when i was in ride with ola mini i got a msg that enjoy ur ride with taxiforsure after few min showing distance for 6 kms & trip time 26 mins rs 118.5 was deducted from my ola money.This same thing happened yesterday with ola but they refunded my money by yesterday night.

Updated by shikha.leoverma i am calling the customer care nos no response as they have only sent me msg "for any complain plz gv misscall in this nos [protected]. but no responce. #sadtaxiforsure this is not the way of doing business.
