Taxiforsure — unprofessional behaviour | |||
The issue is of a lost water flask in your car. I travelled on 23rd July TFS-PP-C26019405 in your Taxi and left the flask by mistake in the vehicle. Called up driver- Krishna Murari who assured me he will drop it in my office . I asked him if he has a busy schedule, he can leave it at your office and i will collect it. But he insisted to drop it and when i called him he informed that he has given it to my watchman and i wondered why would he do it as he should have called me. Then following up process with your CS team began and your team kept promising me of call back and issue resolution but havent been able to do so in 20 days. If you check logs i have been following up every day. . issue a response asap and resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
