[Resolved]  Telebrands / Super Slicer — Provided fake product - Refusal to pay for reverse pickup

I had ordered the super slicer product after watching the ad on HBN. When I got the product I was really shocked to see that it was a cheap imitation of the product shown on TV.Firstly the product advertised was white in colour but the one I received was made out of cheap blue plastic which does not even have the name super slicer on it.Since there is a 15 day money back policy I called customer care but she told me that I will only receive my money back once I send back the product and I have to pay for the postal charges. She refused to refund the postal charges. The amount I am going to pay for the postal charges would definately be more than the product itself! I think strict action should be taken against such people open advertising and selling fake products and I am surprised they are doing it on national tv!
