[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — over charging (Rs.200) of duplicate reliance gsm sim

Please provide as much informaHello Sir, I want to give this in your kind notice that I have purchase a duplicate SIM Card from Reliance Mobile Store, ALIGARH (DELHI ROAD NEAR GRAND SURJEET CINEMA) today i.e. 10th sept 2013. A person over there he charged me Rs. 200 for that duplicate SIM but when i confirmed it from other Reliance Mobile retailer I came to know that in actual Duplicate SIM Cost is Rs. 25 Only. After that I went to Reliance Mobile Store, ALIGARH (DELHI ROAD NEAR GRAND SURJEET CINEMA) asked him why he charged me so much because as per the rule charges remain same for the product in all mobile store he misbehaved with me and said i'll not return the money.And Also I asked them to give me payment slip or any other slip of money recieved they misbehaved me.From how long and from how many customers he has been charging so much I dont know. I want to know is this right to charge more than prescribed cost from any customer. I want my money back and please ensure that strict and necessary action should be taken in this matter.
