Date of booked 12th Nov 2014 thur your customer care persons (Gopi, Pooja), by mobile number, the numbers are
8882999515, 8470011602, 8882999482,
One by one called me, my mobile number, 1St Pooja told me your mobile has been selected to offer price rate Samsung Galaxy grand 2 with 3000/- and I asked how to selected and other questions specking with TAMIL and she also talked in Tamil. Then i confirmed this mobile and she asked me Home address and postal address. after one day, one more your customer care person called confirmed my address and personal details. after couple of days, I had received parcel Ganesh-Lakshmi, ..on 24th Nov 2014.without open the parcel should be pay the amount rs.3000/-. Same we had followed given the money but i did not receive Samsung mobile, I receiver ganesh-Lakshmi, . Parcel. Next day I spoke with Gopi no.8470011602, he told some one sent me wrong parcel and my amount will be refund with in a week.Every day am taking to your customer care persons. they told me, will resolve my issues.But today I did not expect, ..your customer care person were talking very bad words thru mobile, .
this is absolutely unexpected from your side.
You may refund my money Rs.3000/-
Your customer care persons are taking too much unwanted irritating bad words against me.. That number 88829 99515.
