Dear Sir, Against Bar Code:CD[protected] IN, Biller ID : 4224 BP COD-TK82193 SI.no:101, I have received a parcel against cash delivery of Rs 5000/- on 19.06.2015 from New Alipur PO, Kolkata - 53; when I opened I got shocked to see that inside the parcel it is " Shri Siddha Subh Labh Yantra", but I did not book the product from your company. I booked the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 with offer price. I got a call from Samsung company & I was told that my number has been selected through a lucky dray and that I am getting a Samsung GRAND 2 Mobile of market prices Rs. 18, 000/- to 21, 000/- in only Rs. 5000/- by lucky draw coupon along with 1 Year Warranty & if not satisfied with the product it is returnable and refundable. I am also attaching the details marked. Whenever I am trying to call mobile number, no one is picking up the call. Kindly, revert me on +91 [protected] (Sudip Das) & refund my amount or replace with the item I ordered, immediately, otherwise I will go to consumer court & will lodge a FIR against Fraud & Cheat Case. with kind regards...
