Actually I ordered a on fondant cake on 11-jan-2018. One of the employee take order from us. I sent a pic of toy cake model to him and I asked can you make this cake and I asked him I need same toy model i[censored] can take order or else leave it but he committed me yeah we will do sir.

After that we ordered the cake actually our function was on 25-jan-2018 but we order a cake before 15 days so there is plenty of time to do.

Today I went to collect my cake seriously am getting really upset while seeing that cake, really it was so ugly that toy not match which I sent a pic .

Now am asking that person he’s saying that now sir actually we can’t make it 100% exactly that same toy .. My Question is u cant make it means then y u took order.

And also he’s saying that we are having lot of Oder so chief make make it on urgent. It’s the way of satisfying customer..? Am I ordering that cake for free..? Am paying for that so u av to do it good seriously I duno what to do.

Today evening 5.30 I have a function really am frustrated on this there is lot of VIP are coming seriously am disappointed on this service.

I sent 4 pics totally in that specs toy was ordered by us.

I ordered on your shop of cake world adyar.

They delivered a cake after 6.00 pm the cake was not good and they made very bad, i attached all of those pics.

When the delivered function has been over.

They charged me full amount of RS 4228, for that cake .

if i ask about those charges they are talking very rude and harsh.

kindly help and look into this they are talking very rude to customers they are not eligible to work in customer service.

I need my money back for this worthless cake and they talk with me very rude so kindly help me on this.
