[Resolved]  The Electronic Store — Complaint against the electronic store

Dear sir, I want to file a complaint against the electronic store from where I have purchased one mobile- Samsung note 3 neo for Rs 22221/- via net banking on 1/10/2014 and it was suppose to be delivered to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) within 2-8 working days (as per their website) but they have cancelled my order on 10/10/2014 with out of stock reason without even informing me and now they are refusing to refund my 22221 rupees before 10-12 days. I have contacted them several times but they don't even replying to my emails and their customer care service executives are not replying with proper information. I want to say that if any online shopping order is cancelled from the seller itself then why 10-12 days are required to refund the money? in fact they kept my money for 10 days before cancelling the order and now they want more 10 -12 days to refund it, i.e. total around 20- 22 days. My money is actually locked. So I kindly request you to help me and provide the procedure for launching a complaint. Also if any other information is required then kindly let me know.
