Tushar Khairnar Dear Mr. Praveen Divekar, Thanks for all your support given till date to me regarding Wagon R CNG taken from Kothari Wheels. Thanks for each & every person whom I interact from day one. Reason for writing this letter is to share my experience, I am taking with me as a customer. I hope that you will take this as a positive note to improve your “Trust with Customer”, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship, and Accountability. I extremely Apologies, if I am hurting any sentiments of people, but I have to put the truth & pain in front of you that I have experienced till date from Kothari Wheels. I approach the Kothari wheels for buying Wagon R car. First & only person whom I interacted from day one was Mr. Ganesh Shetty. (A worst, Horrifying, Harassment experience) From day one till date he gave all the false statement About the Product, Price, Discounts, Accessories etc…… I have not met such a person in my life…..thanks for giving me a Horrifying Experience of my life…..I am sorry & apologies to use this statement, but it’s truth and it’s coming from my bottom heart….. Some of ……the Fake & Falls statements given by Mr. Ganesh Shetty are as follow 1. Corporate Discount offer for me Rs.1500/-. Which I have never received… After I paid booking amount & first installment I was way to leave the showroom, I came back to Mr. Ganesh Shetty & asked what are the total documents needed. So Amazing…. A customer is not informed about the required documents even after Booking. As I was not sure to submit the corporate documents on time (as I liked to be truthful to the dealer & did not liked to make false statement that I will try….), I requested him for the same. He forced me that try for the documents afterwards he will manage for discount anyhow. As this was a sudden surprise to me…I requested him please give alternative. Next day when I came & gave the remaining amount, he again asked for the documents…I told him that I have already cleared from my side that it would be difficult for me to do so in sudden. He told that he will not be able to deliver the vehicle if I don’t give the documents. So as a solution over this issue & for the sake of delivery of vehicle, I submitted Rs.1500/- to Kothari wheels. Still he argued for the same for documents…… 2. Teflon Coating Warranty (Fake Information & cheated for Warranty given) I was not in the mood to take Teflon Coating to the car. But Ganesh Shetty forced to take the coating as it will be useful to me & coating will be given with 5years warranty. It was crossing my budget, but still just for sake of 5 years warranty over full vehicle coating I agreed to take it in package. After booking amount paid, as a genuine question I asked Ganesh Shetty again, that is he sure of 5 Years warranty. He told me that he needs to confirm from Maruti for the same. He called up concern executive for coating; the executive told me that there is no such 5 years warranty on coating. Maruti provides 3 years warranty, & the coating will be done in three servicing steps. This was a biggest Cheat to a customer who trusted Maruti. A person like Mr. Ganesh Shetty is kept for sales of vehicles with incomplete information. 3. Post Delivery Inspection at Dealer End (Worst Experience & Harassment from Mr. Ganesh Shetty) With all this Harassment, Fake statement, Worst Experience & Cheating from Mr. Ganesh Shetty, I hoped that at least delivery will be done Nicely & Good. But I was wrong it’s again Ganesh Shetty… I got a call from Ganesh Shetty that vehicle had come at 12.00 in afternoon & will be ready with all formalities around 3.00 p.m. dated 13-Dec-2013. I agreed to take the delivery after 3.00 p.m. When I reach the dealer at 3.45 p.m. I requested Mr. Ganesh Shetty to kindly give the complete information & demo of the vehicle. He failed in each & every aspect of information by giving wrong instruction & false statements. So as customer I tried myself to understand the things. I found out that Security System was not working. There were no Duplicate Keys for the vehicle. Now from 12.00 – 3.45 p.m. the vehicle was at dealer end. Nobody had checked the vehicle as working condition. Mr. Ganesh Shetty forced me to sign on Gate pass if the vehicle needed on that day. I requested him I cannot sign with incomplete delivery of vehicle. So as my pain & need, I signed the gate pass & took the incomplete vehicle with me. I got the vehicle @ 5.45 p.m. Mr. Ganesh Shetty ran away from the picture forwarding Mr. Haribhau Chavan to handle the situation till the End. The problem was solved by Haribhau Chavan at my residence. 4. I was shocked & surprise that Dealer has not given any Gift as token of Love to the customer. There are lots of cases & issues, but I would not write it as it will be a never ending matter. Currently I have to accept the situation & loss of money. *** Meghna Thakore Promised me on Telephonic conversation before going on leave last month (Dec 2013), that she will come to Kothari wheels Akurdi, hear & understand all the queries & doubts from me……. I am still waiting for the Promise to fulfilled. *** Tushar Khairnar (After the Biggest Fraud from Mr. Ganesh Shetty – Tushar promised me that he will look in to the matter for Teflon coating from 1st servicing. Now I am getting continuous calls from Kothari wheels from Different location in pune that we will Wash & Clean the vehicle “Only” in first servicing)… This Picture clearing justify that there is lack of commitment, communication between your team itself. This is how your Team works & has behaved downstream with a customer till date with FALSE statements. Thanks each & every person Who cheated me with Fraud & False statements. If this continues even after First Servicing (13-Jan-2014), I am sorry to say but, it’s a total Failure of You & Your Team. As a closure note…….. As I am taking as an Experience & Learning of my life that cannot be changed (Sorry to say). Now it depends upon the coming years how I will get service & treatment from Kothari wheels. I would like Promise from Maruti & The Kothari wheels to please give me Proper support, service & help further coming years.

Problem I have faced recently, I need to resolve it ASAP.
I purchased Balleno VXI from poc dealer the kothari wheels
poc vehicle on 24th OCT 2008.
First free inspection was caried out at the same place on 26 feb. 09.
Recently Body Repair was done at the same location between 7-6-09to 13-6-09.
Problem is I am missing Break Oil Cap.
also missing Kenwood Radio's mannual during this time.
Brake oil cap missing was noticed by me after the first service.
This time when I asked them for the Cap, they are saying not responsible. From the beginning when I got car it may be missing or at the first service it was missing, exactly I can not pin point timing, as I had not opened the hood earlier.
Now Dealer wants me to purchase the same, which I want to bring to your attention for resolving the issue.
I hope to get the cap and mannual at earliest.
