I Manoj had purchase Maruti EECo 7 str W/O AC last month ie on 23/09/2015 from Kothari Wheels, Vimanagar branch.1) I had paid excess 10000 for eeco for which the company said that they will refund excess money back.2) After giving delivery of vehicle they have not given me the tax receipt. 3) They gave me my vehicle no. also on telephone MH 12 MF 5421 but till date did not give me the no. plate.
