[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Regarding Cash Back | |||
I had ordered two mobiles from this website. Having order numbers [protected] [protected] There was an offer of 7.5% cash back on purchase from ICICI debit card within 60 days. After calling Hundreds of times i get a cash back of 1727.18rs after 90 days. But i have recievd it only once. There is no information regarding the other product cashback I have called the customer care about a 100 times. they keep registering comaplaints and keep asking me the same things over and over. Make me wait on hold for 2-3min(3times in a call) its been more than 120 days since i should have got the cash back but still i haven't. Was this information helpful? | |||
