[Resolved]  The Professional Couriers — MAA[protected] Courier not received after five days-Thrissur branch behaved unprofessionally

I faced a very unprofessional approach by your staffs in Thrissur, Kodagallur and Vadanapally Branches (Kerala) I have sent the above consigment on 07-AUg-20023 from Chennai; in tracking system it shows reached Thrissur on 08-aug-2023 still not received.

I am trying to check with above three branches none of them are accountabiity for thier work they are diverting with to these branches I tried calling the main branch Thrissur ([protected]) they behaved very rudely.

I still have not recived and they wanted us to collect it from theri centrer which is not at all profesional as your name.

If this is not solved on a immediate basis I will take this to next level of issue with Professional courier.
