[Resolved]  The Professional Couriers — Package not yet delivered for urgent

I have sent a package on 1st June but it is not yet delivered. they said it will reach in 1 day but when I called they keep saying that it will be delivered. my package contains door key and my relatives reached Bangalore and they are waiting outside from 2 days. I lost 2500 for this and they have broken the door which cost of 5000. Mr Vijay is the in charge in dooravani nagar in Bangalore he is rude and not responding properly.
