I ordered a set of counter rotating propellers from this website.
I paid online and got a confirmation email. I also got an email which stated that my payment was successfull.
But i did not got any information regarding the shippent process.
My bill was worth rs 420., my order no is #4706
I tried to contact them but they did give gave any reply.
The amount is already cut from my account but there is no sight of positiveness from the site.
My order date was 28 may, 2016. Its supposed to deliver the product within 3 days as mentioned in the site but they are fooling around.
I have tried all the phone numbers, either they dont pick up the calls or they dont reply to the texts.
Neither they reply to the emails.
This is not fair to the customers., some stright action has to be taken.
