[Resolved] Thomas Cook — cheating | |||
before doing the payments, the thomas cook employee offers me so many things in my tour package. and after doing full payment the facilities are cut down all of sudden. it is evening 4th june today, my flight is on 5th june and i have not recieved my visa and passport yet. before the payments were made I was suppose to get daily break fast + lunch + dinner, and after the payments the daily lunch is totally cancelled an one day dinner is also cancelled, 4 night / 5 days tour was final at starting and now what i am getting is 4 night / 4 days. thanks thomas cook.
