I am here to report you/escalate matter.
1) hard copy not delivered : on 26th may got arogyan 4 tests done for 2 people. Paid 4050 which included hard copy to be provided. Till date never received hard copy for barcode : i0183619, i0183687. This is situation even after too many follow-ups with customer care (Calling[protected] and watsapp thyrocare team. Where is our hard copy?
Impact: insurer asks for original print from thyrocare to process claim reimbursements, soft copy or prints are not acceptable. I will loose 4000 rupees and it will not be reimbursed.
2) missed electrolyte reprts (Sodium, chloride) : again sample collected on 29th may as there was technical fault from thyrocare side.
I can't stop laughing here : though main reports of barcode : i0183619, i0183687 not yet delivered but instead you delivered me hard copy of barcode: i435006 (2 pages, one with barcode and another of potassium) = here also you forgot to send report me sodium and chloride for nidhi jain, you just sent potassium reports). I am fed up now explaining by calling[protected]. Can you check soft copies on your end i find missing electrolyte report here... Clearly not good experience with thyrocare.
Customer care is not helping me out. So i reached thyrocare social media (Fb and your email ids). Hopefully management of thyrocare listen! Was this information helpful? |
