Blood collection technician for my order number 9be3a0 told me[protected] that the bills for the payment i made will be provided to me later along with hard copy of my reports.
Even after constant request on the whatsapp [protected] they haven't provided me the bills for my payment yet (It's been a month now).
I told them that i need hard copy of my original bill as they have to be submitted to the mediclaim team in my office for reimbursement. Still they haven't provided even a soft copy also.
I need hard copy of bills for my payment and they can't deny it saying it not the policy of company, as one of the support guys told me.
I need a quick resolution of my issue.
