[Resolved] Thyrocare — misbehaving | |||
Dear sir/madam I am a regular customer of your team. Blood sample was collected on 15.12.2019. It was told me that on 16.12.19 up to evening i can get my test report. I asked for report to mr. Rajnish his mobile no. Is [protected] for report I have told him at starting that i am vriender kumar from gurgaon and asked for report he said which report. Then i told him three time my name. But his behaviour was totally rough and quite for third grade. He was just abusing me so badly that i can not explain I do not understand, how can such a person talk to his customer. He is just a bloody junglee man. He should not be at that place to deal with a customer. Please take the appropriate action and let me know what kind of action you taken This is not acceptable.
