I have undergone tests and I am a MALE. But the reports were made on the basis on FEMALE. When I contacted AAROGRAM THYROCARE they just changed the Gender to MALE and sent same the reports again. When I contacted my doctor, he just reports must be different for MALE /FEMALE on the basis of calculation. then I again contacted them about the figures and gave them example like for this test your figures are incorrect then they just sent the correct figure of the example test given my me. Can you imagine? they send me the reports thrice and that too after my intervention. I want the full refund of the tests done now. Was this information helpful? | |||
