On 30/07/22 I ordered Thyrocare Aarogyam B package for both my parents Mahadev Chakravarti and Tapati Chakravarti (booking id #VL6F23E6). I received a confirmation mail from thyrocare representative Priti Ram Gujrathi and also asked to keep sum of estimated bill of Rs 2100 ready for payment. I also decided to add FBS for Mahadev Chakravarti as he is a known diabetic and I sent my request to thyrocare booking business whatsapp no [protected]. On 31/07/22 when technician came to collect sample as scheduled I was asked to pay in the payment link which I did (I have attached the bill which says nothing about which test costs how much). Later I noticed the wide disparity between the two amounts, one that mentioned in my confirmation mail and other that I was asked to pay during the test. For 2 Aarogyam B packages Rs 2100 was payable whereas I was made to pay Rs 3225 for 2 Aarogyam B package + 1 FBS.
I have informed about this erratic billing to Thyrocare complaint whatsapp no and also the business whatsapp no but to no remedy.
I demand the refund of excess amount that I was charged during the process. I am a regular customer of Thyrocare and betrayal of such sort will harm the trust I gained over years towards Thyrocare.
