[Resolved] Thyrocare — Unprofessional services | |||
This is the most unprofessional service I have ever seen. I suggest everyone never opt for their services ever. My mom aged 68 years wanted to get some test done and I was given an appointment of 8.30 in the morning on January 21, 2016. At 9 am I was being told by the executive that I woke up late so I will come by 10.00 am. This is the most pathetic scenario as My mom was fasting as per coz of all test to be done since 12 hrs and now again this is wat we were been told. Secondly there was one Wats app number given to us and I was continuously coordinating on that number i.e [protected] and I was not getting proper response from them as well. At 10.15 that wats app guy is telling me to wait I will check and finally I did not get any support from any of the team member: Inline, customer care, wats app etc all are useless in this case. I am sure that they would definitely be doing all goo[censored]p in their testing sample also. I am speechless Just last request to all please do not trust these people at all.
