Last night I was booking my flight going from Hyderabad to Vancouver canada. I was having issue with my credit card so had to talk to my banker in canada and don't know what went wrong while making payments ticket was booked from Mumbai to Vancouver... then I immediately called customer support and I informed them but they denied helping... the worst past was when I informed them that I have do Rtpcr test at Delhi airport and we need atleast 8-10hours and my current flight has 5 hours of layover so he said that they don't have alternate options for me... worst experience ever... called numerous time at customer support but non of them responded... every time they say we transfer this call to supervisor and hand up the call... heart pounds when you paid and you won't be helped...
