Dear Sir,
I had taken your connection on 01.09.2021 after being a loyal customer of ION for 6 years which used OFC. On convincing of of your sales person, I took your connection which did not have OFC. He had assured o[censored]ninterrupted connection and best service for Tikona. However to my dismay, within one week of getting your connection, I started getting connectivity issues and latency problems. I was told to change the router as suggested by your technical person, but the issue did not solve.

Every time a complaint is made I get standard messages and emails that Tikona has checked the issue from their (back) end and everything is okay till my premises. You fail to understand that my premises should mean the point till the router in my house where your cable actually gets conneceted. But never a technician visited my residence except on 25.12.2020 that too after lots of calls to the Customer Care number. And in his presence also the disconnection occurred.

My issue still is not resolved. I work from home and access a virtual machine which requires a stable connection and a least speed of 10 Mbps. Thought my speed is 30Mbps, I face disconnection at least 3 - 4 times in a day. Every time the re-connection takes 30 to 45 minutes as the VM has to follow a certain protocol. Hence I have to use hotspot of my mobile internet putting an additional burden on me.

I was surprised when asked by your technical person on phone that if I am having problems since installation then why he could see complaint logs only from November. I had to tell him that I used my mobile hotspot for the Laptop work from home part. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was questioned.

Everytime I get calls from different persons from Tikona from different numbers and I have to explain the same thing to them over and over again. I had been asking them to disconnect the internet and give me complete refund subscription. On 31.12.2021, I have made clear my concerns to the Associate on phone who called me around 6.30 pm from +[protected] and he had said that refund would be done. After that I have not been communicated either through emails or phone or whatsapp chat.

In view of this, I have concluded that Tikona’s goods and services are deficient. Hence I plan to take this issue to appropriate consumer forums too. I had even asked them by email that in case I am not receiving reply within 2 days (i.e EOD 04.01.2020), I will be forced to take up the matter with National Consumer Forum.

You are now requested to refund my entire amount of Rs. 5, 650/- and initiate the procedure for disconnection thereafter since you are unable to solve my issue.
