Tikona Infinet Private Limited — not disconnecting the services after several requests and harassing to continue | |||
My connection ID - [protected]. i had subscribed to tikona services and paid the amount for the services upto 15/12/2019. I have already informed tikona on their customer care email id several times from 20/092019 for the termination of my services and I have already paid all dues in advance. However, despite of several communication i.e. mails telephonic conversation etc. Till date I have not got confirmation from their side in writing. But today I got a mail from your company on bill and they have generated a bill for future for the period 15/12/2019 to 14/03/2019 which i supposed not use as i have already requested to close my connection. As I had already requested, again requested them by email to terminate my services as I am not going to pay a single penny for the bill whatever they are generating. No one in that company is listening. However they are requesting daily on phone to continue their services wherever i go. i am not interested to further use their services and despite several mails they are not disconnecting my connection.
