My subscription number is 33737420. I subscribed to Time magazine's annual subscription on March 10th making full payment in advance. Time is a weekly magazine. So far I have received only 2 issues and more than 10 'sorry for inconvenience' emails. I have asked them to refund my money as I don't want to continue with their pathetic service. But I still got a 'sorry' email asking for address confirmation for the 10th time. How do I get them to refund my payment. Was this information helpful? |
