I just called time's customer service and subscriptions number, the one they publish in the magazine, in order to ask a question. That got answered just fine, but then the rep asked if i wanted to go ahead and get the subscription deal i had been mailed — just do it over the phone. Again, great.
My complaint is that it wasn't after until i'd given my credit card number and the deal was done that i was told there was a fee attached to the subscription rate
The rep said tax, but the fee was more than my state's sales tax.
If you're going to add an extra charge let people know up front! It's just dishonest otherwise. Was this information helpful? |
