id is33278893 and the paper was not delivered regularly ( missing 1 or 2
days and after complaining to the agent the paper was delivered from
the next day)But now the paper was not delivered since 1-12-14 and no
amount of complaining to the agent has resulted paper delivery.What I am
asking do we have to run after the agent everytime paper was not delivered .Is it not normal to expect that paper will be delivered everyday during the subscription period.Please do the needful.Thanking youRosygracious Was this information helpful? | 
I feel cheated, by the service you have to offer..
I have been repeatedly following up it looks like the customer support is least bothered to resolve my query, instead just keeps me sending absurd reply.
Will never recommend TIMES GROUP and FILMFARE to anyone.
