Hi,
I am from Delhi & having a terrible experience with Times Group magazine subscription. I have subscribed to 3 of their magazines but not getting any response from them. The customer care number never gets picked up as its on an automated voicemail that all customer care execs are busy & they don't respond to any complaint made on their web page. My complaint made on April 25th is still appearing as Open Case. I am not receiving Lonely Planet which should have started in April but till now there is no magazine no response no revert from their side. Please help resolve this issue. My money is stuck.

Its been a month now I have not received the August copy till date. They promise to give a call back but never call.
I have spoken to the CRM head and even after that they fail to send me the copy of the magazine.
I really did not expect this kind of service from Times Group. I believe this is the worst service I have got in my whole life.
